Another weekend, and still another interesting new play panel. See what I mean about the amount of activity in this sector? Get out there and join the conversation! I could as easily have been at BAPF, SPF, O'Neill, Sundance, NYS&F, PlayPenn or the Kennedy Center-- and I'm sure a dozen other spots around the country-- where new plays and playwrights were the center of the discussion.
This was the Playwrights Center's PLAY LABS, the 26th annual as a matter of fact. While I was there, their new website went live. You've got to check this out. Spend a few minutes poking around it there-- it is a major resource for writers and producers of new plays.
Abundance. Get used to it!
